Every great product has an enticing story! And that’s particularly true for a product as delicious and endearing as Pearson’s Premium BBQ sauce. Put on your seatbelts for it’s a wild ride!

More than 20 years ago Harold Pearson began his search for a Barbecue sauce that invoked the nostalgia of the sauce he was used to having at his all-time favorite rib joint in his hometown of St. Louis Missouri.

As a member of the United States Airforce, Harold traveled the world, and indeed tried a wide variety of flavors when it comes to Barbecue Sauces, but nothing was able to recreate the magic of that old-school rib joint!

Going by the mantra, ‘if you can’t find it, create it!’, Harold took matters into his own hands and Pearson’s Premium BBQ Sauce was born!

A mouth-watering combination of Midwestern flavor, with that West Coast punch, Pearson’s Premium BBQ Sauce is true culinary perfection and a cut above the rest from ALL other sauces on the market!

Initially created to serve himself, Harold’s sauce received rave reviews from close family and friends. As fate would have it, an acquaintance passed on his secret sauce to a Food Editor and there was no looking back!

Soon Harold created a flourishing business from his backyard, serving over 30 gourmet food and grocery stores as well as serving as the official Barbeque Sauce for the University of California Football Team.

Juggling a job as an Investment Broker, Harold’s story is a tale of true grit, hard work, determination, and of course an undying love for Barbecue Sauce!

And now, 20 years later, his children David, Harold Jr., and Angie Pearson are keeping the tradition alive! Bringing back the BBQ Sauce their father created and the world deserves to taste.
